GEMC Women’s FOCUS Ministry
Annual Toy Giveaway: December 15, 2018 at 3pm
This event is for children up to 12 years old.  Your children must be present to receive toys.  New toy donations will be collected through December 9th. Please see Sister Lemlem Good to give donations, or for any questions and to volunteer to help with this event.

GEMC Holiday Entrepreneur’s Corner
The Entrepreneurs Corner Holiday Edition is back Sunday, December 16th.  If you are in need of some gifts to give this season or would like to support GEMC members who are entrepreneurs you can do so immediately following service in the lower level.  If you are an entrepreneur who sells a product and would like to participate see Lady Terrella Lee-DeCarlo.

Black History Moment– Watch Night Service
What some don’t know about Watch Night Service in the African American community, is on December 31, 1862 soon to be free slaves in Confederate States gathered in churches and private homes, stayed awake all night as night turned to a new day, awaiting the news that President Abraham Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation had been issued, making all slaves legally free.

GEMC FOCUS Women’s Ministry Project
Glory Evangelistic Ministries Church FOCUS Women’s Ministry will be doing a project where we will be collecting gently used purses and women’s related items to put into the purses for battered women’s shelters.  Please see First Lady DeCarlo for details.

New Members Class began March 2018.  Sunday mornings at 10a and Wednesday evenings at 7p.  See First Lady DeCarlo for classes and any questions.
